PilipinasAuto Delivers 3 Units of Dongfeng Class 3 Modern PUV to Panay Island Transport

Panay Island Transport Services, Inc. recently received its additional 3 units of the Dongfeng Class 3 Modern PUV from Pilipinas Autogroup, Inc. Their growing fleet of modern PUV Class 3 now numbers to 5 units.  Upgrading its units from the current UV Express to the modern PUV brings a win-win situation for the operators/drivers and commuters of the Roxas City to Estancia, Capiz route  as they now enjoy more capacity, comfort, reliability, and efficiency.

Intially, the transport company bought 2 units of the same vehicle last October 2021 as trial. “The Dongfeng units proved to be comfortable, reliable and economical to run and this is the reason why we decided to get 3 more. We also like to deal with PilipinasAuto for our Dongfeng requirements since we are well taken care of in terms of customer service.” states Mr. Ronald Angeles, Panay Island Transport Services, Inc. president.

The 24-seater Dongfeng Class 3 modern PUV is powered by the Nissan ZD30 engine. This 3.0 liter Euro 5 compliant DOHC 16-valve, common rail, turbo charged and intercooled diesel engine produces 150 hp at 3,200 rpm and 330 N-m at 1,600 to 2,600 rpm. Transmission is 6-speed manual and has a full air brake system with ABS. Under the distributorship of PilipinasAuto, the Dongfeng Class 3 modern PUV is backed up by a 3 year or 100,000 kilometer warranty.
